If you are a new client and using insurance, insurance information must be provided and verified at least 24 hours before your appointment. Insurance must be verified BEFORE your scheduled appointment time. If you are private pay, you must contact our office to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit at least 48 hours before your appointment. We do require at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation.
All appointments booked online will be virtual. If you are requesting an in-person session, please contact our office at 346-874-7105.
1. We understand that there are times when you must miss a scheduled appointment due to emergencies or work/family obligations. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a seventy dollar ($70) fee. Your insurance company will not cover this fee.
2. We understand that delays can happen however, we must keep the other clients and counselor on time. If you are late for your sessions, the appointment will still end at the initially scheduled end time.
