General Information

• Please note that all appointment times scheduled are Central Standard Time. 
• All in-person appointments must be scheduled by phone. 
• All appointments scheduled on our website,  will be virtual. 
• Make note of our Cancellation/No Show Policy.  You can find it under the appointments tab.
• Dr. Goins is a Ph.D.  He is not a Medical Doctor and can't prescribe or monitor any medications.  

In-Person Availability

Dr. Goins will see in-person clients on Tuesdays, Thursdays and the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month. 

Virtual Visits

If you have a virtual appointment scheduled with Dr. Goins, below is the link for your visit.  It will be the same link for each visit.  If using your cellphone, the platform works best if your phone is on "do not disturb" so you won't receive calls or texts during your visit.  There is also a pre-call test to ensure that everything is working properly.  It is recommended that you do the pre-call test before your visit.

 All documents MUST be returned at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.  If the information is not received, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will have to reschedule.  To our Colorado clients,  all appointments are in central standard time.

I am not accepting any new clients with disability claims at this time.  There will be a $50 fee to complete any work related paperwork.
